OVER ONE DOZEN PEOPLE REPORTED DEAD DURING THE ST LUCIA / DOMINICA/ ST VINCENT AND THE GRENADINES CHRISTMAS STORM

Storms over the 2013 Christmas holidays have left over a dozen people dead in the islands of St Lucia and Dominica. Many were left homeless in flooded towns and cities.
